The board and the issue tracker drift apart
Without a link, someone copy-pastes a post into Linear and forgets to update the board. Customers still see “Under review” after you shipped. Engineers never see the vote count that justified the work.
Copy-paste creates two sources of truth
The Linear issue will not mention the forty votes. The Boarbs post will not mention the issue identifier. Standup becomes archaeology.

One Linear workspace, many products
You need a team selection and a status map, not a brittle Zapier recipe that breaks when someone renames a column.
One team, one map, one issue per post
An organization admin authorizes Linear and selects a team. Boarbs creates a default status map from Linear workflow types to your Boarbs statuses. From a post you create an issue, search and link an existing one, open it, or unlink it.
Connect from Settings → Integrations
Each Boarbs organization connects to its own Linear workspace. If OAuth is not configured on the deployment, the page says so instead of showing a dead button.
A status map you can edit
Inbox, planned, in progress, completed, and canceled have defaults. Save a custom map so Boarbs and Linear mean the same thing.
Create or link from the post
The Linear section on a post creates a new issue or links an existing one from the selected team. Each post links to one issue.
Webhook events for link changes
Organization webhooks can send linear.linked, linear.status_changed, and linear.unlinked with the post and Linear issue identifiers.
Keep Linear private, board public
Customers see Boarbs statuses and the roadmap. Engineers keep estimates, cycles, and issue titles inside Linear.
Not a placeholder. A real Boarbs surface.
