An in-app feedback widget that lives in the corner of your product
An in-app feedback widget is the lowest-friction way to collect product feedback while someone is actually using your product. Paste one script. A Feedback pill appears. The same panel can open from your own menu if you do not want a floating button.
Free forever for small teams · No credit card · Unlimited voters
Context dies the moment users leave your app
A separate portal is useful. It is also a tab away. Most people will not open it after they hit a rough edge. If feedback is not in the product, you hear about it days later — or never.
The idea appears in the moment, then vanishes
Someone hits a limitation, thinks “they should add X,” and keeps working. Without a launcher in the UI, that thought never becomes a post.
Support chat is not a backlog
Intercom and help desks are built for tickets, not votes. You get anecdotes, not a ranked list other customers can join.
A full embed is too much for every page
Embedding a whole board on every screen is noisy. You want a compact launcher that opens a panel, not a second application chrome.
One script. A panel. The same board.
The Boarbs widget is a one-line install. Users submit ideas, browse posts, vote, and comment. When Changelog is on, the panel can show published entries and the launcher can show an unread dot.
One script tag, no iframe page to build
Paste the widget script before </body>. You get a floating Feedback pill. There is no wrapper page and no backend session required for anonymous use.
Open it from your own UI
Hide the floating button and call Boarbs.open() from a help menu, a settings link, or a keyboard shortcut. The panel is still the widget — your chrome stays yours.
Unread changelog on the launcher
When Changelog is enabled, the widget shows a red dot until the visitor opens new entries. Anonymous last-seen stays in the browser. Identified sessions can persist it.
Anonymous or identified
Collect guest feedback or pass a session token so posts attach to a known user. Same widget, two identification modes.
Same posts as the portal and embed
The widget is not a separate inbox. Votes and posts land on your boards. Your team triages them next to portal submissions.
Not a placeholder. A real Boarbs surface.
The in-app feedback widget — launcher, panel, submit, done. Users never leave the page.
Related product pages, docs, and comparisons
Each landing is one intent. These links go to the matching feature, the setup article, or a competitor comparison when that search is nearby.
