Launch a hosted feedback portal on your workspace subdomain with public boards and roadmaps.

The hosted portal is the fastest way to launch Boarbs. Every workspace gets a portal on its subdomain, for example your-workspace.boarbs.com.

What Lives on the Portal

Your portal can expose public boards, public roadmaps, and individual post pages:

your-workspace.boarbs.com            → Portal home with public boards
your-workspace.boarbs.com/roadmap    → Public roadmap
your-workspace.boarbs.com/p/post-slug → Individual public post

Only boards with PUBLIC visibility show up there.

On a phone, a public post page is already one column. The two-column layout with the vote and details sidebar starts at the medium breakpoint.

If guest interactions are enabled, visitors can vote, comment, and subscribe by entering an email address.

If you disable guest interactions in Settings → General, visitors need to sign in before they can interact.

If the same person is already identified in your product, you can start that portal session from the embed session token instead of asking them to sign in again. See Automatic Login.

What You Can Customize

In Settings → General, you can configure:

your organization logo
your primary color
your email theme
whether guests can interact publicly

On paid plans, the portal footer branding is hidden automatically.

Roadmaps on the Portal

Roadmaps are managed in Settings → Roadmaps.

For each roadmap, you can control:

the roadmap name, icon, and description
visibility (Everyone or Team only)
sorting (Top upvoted, Most recent, Trending, Due date, or Pending)
which columns are shown publicly

If you created a new workspace, Boarbs already gave you a default Main Roadmap to start from.
