Your brand on the portal — logo, color, and custom domain
Customers should feel like they are in your product, not a generic feedback SaaS. Boarbs branding settings cover logo, name, primary color, email theme, guest rules, and — on Pro — custom domain and removing the Boarbs email footer.

A vendor-looking board trains users to ignore it
If the portal looks like a trial of someone else’s tool, people treat it like a trial. Trust drops. So does vote volume.
Default chrome says “not official”
A mismatched logo and a vendor color is enough for customers to wonder whether anyone on your team will read the post.
A third-party subdomain is harder to remember
feedback.yourproduct.com (or your chosen host) belongs in the footer. A random vendor URL does not.
Outbound email still says the vendor’s name
Status emails that look like marketing from another company get filtered or ignored. Pro can hide the Boarbs footer.
Workspace branding in Settings → General, domain when you need it
Set organization logo, name, primary color, and email theme once. They apply to the portal and outbound mail. Pro unlocks custom domain and Remove Boarbs branding on the email footer.
Logo, name, color, email theme
Settings → General is the workspace-level public setup. Guest interaction rules live there too so you can decide how open the portal is.
Portal, widget, and embed inherit it
You are not restyling three products. Branding is workspace-wide so every capture surface looks related.
Custom domain on Pro
Pro includes custom domain so the public board can live on a host you choose. Every workspace also has a hosted subdomain to start.
Remove Boarbs branding on emails
The Pro setting hides the “Feature board powered by Boarbs” footer. Workspace name, logo, color, and email theme stay yours. Off by default.
$29/mo for unlimited boards and brand control
Pro is board-based, not seat-based. The whole team keeps access. You pay for the brand surface, not for each teammate.
Not a placeholder. A real Boarbs surface.
A portal that uses your name and color — not a stock vendor theme.
